You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Delhi, India for all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Sites. Settlement of disputes shall be through the process of Arbitration governed by The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 including any amendment thereof.
